Power Pilates
Level : 1.5
Participants can expect upbeat, musically driven sessions that blend strength and cardio elements in a flowing circuit sequence. Classes may use reformers, mats, and various props, and frequently include movement patterns aimed at sculpting, toning, and lengthening muscles throughout the session. Power Pilates incorporates equipment such as weights, bands, sliders, rollers, balls, or even the Pilates Jumpboard for enhanced cardio and plyometric movements.
